So, you are going to have a baby and are super excited but freaked out about what it will take to meet this bundle joy. A childbirth education class is the perfect way to prepare for your little one's birthing day. This child birth education class will provide you and your support person with evidenced based childbirth education following the most current and up-to-date best birth Practices. Your lessons will educate you and your support person on how you can effectively cope with labor, your birth options, comfort measures and more taught by a trained child birth educator. Our goal at Gallo Birth Services is to make sure you have the information you need to obtain a memorable birth experience.

Group Classes
Group classes are a one day or two day preparation course that follows Lamaze's Healthy Birth Practices to prepare you and your partner for the type of birth you want. Classes are small and fill up quickly! All group in-person classes are in Roanoke County. Group classes are $60 per couple and to be paid with registration.

Private Classes
Sometimes schedules are busy, or the doctor has recommended that you stay home resting while your pregnant. Private classes are perfect for this because you can schedule for a day and time that works best with your family and in the comforts of your own home! Private classes can also be virtual. Private childbirth classes are $70 per couple and to be paid with registration.
